3. The Platform is owned and operated by MAHALAKSHMI BANQUETS (D-10, MIDC, Solapur Akkalkot Road, Solapur, India), and referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’.
4. By accessing or using the Platform and its services/tools, each user agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the incorporated policies. Purchase or use of services via meratickets.com constitutes a contractual agreement with the Platform Owner.
5. “You”, “your”, or “user” refers to any natural or legal person registering, using or purchasing from the Platform.
6. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Platform & Services
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for any activity through their registered account.
• No warranty is provided regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of information or materials for any particular purpose. The Platform Owner excludes liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk. Evaluate whether these Services meet your requirements independently.
• All website content (including design, layout, graphics, text) is proprietary and cannot be copied, distributed, or used without written consent from the Platform Owner.
• Unauthorized use of the Platform may result in civil or criminal proceedings.
Payments & Use
• Charges associated with availing Services must be paid as notified on the Platform.
• Use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes, and never for unlawful, illegal, or prohibited activities.
Third-Party Links & Ticketing
• The Platform and Services may include links to third-party partner sites for tickets or merchandise. Use of such links means the user is subject to that third party’s terms, privacy, and refund policies. These links are provided for convenience and further information but the Platform Owner is not responsible for their content.
• Third-party ticketing partners may manage ticket sales, delivery, and event access. Their terms and policies apply where relevant.
Legal & Indemnity
• By transacting, users enter into a legally binding contract with MAHALAKSHMI BANQUETS for Services.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal fees arising due to your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any applicable law.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither party shall be held liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure circumstances.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Solapur, Maharashtra.
